Content Removal & DMCA
How removal works here
GPH does not host, produce, or upload video files. Every video on this site is embedded from a licensed third-party content partner and streams from their systems. Because of that, when you submit a valid removal request we do two things: (1) we promptly remove the embed and its page from this website — typically within 48 hours of a complete request, and immediately for reports involving possible underage or non-consensual content — and (2) we relay your request to the responsible content partner, who controls the underlying file, so they can act on it at the source.
Who can submit
Rights holders and their authorized agents (copyright / DMCA), persons depicted in content (consent-related requests), and anyone reporting suspected underage content. You do not need to be a lawyer, and reports of suspected underage or non-consensual content may be submitted by anyone.
What to include
The exact URL(s) of the page(s) on this website, a description of the issue, and a contact email so we can confirm the removal. For copyright claims, include a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized, a statement under penalty of perjury that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for them, and your physical or electronic signature (typing your full legal name below satisfies this).
Knowingly submitting a materially false copyright claim may expose you to liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f). We keep records of all requests and our actions on them.
