1. Who we are and what this site is

GPH ("the Site", "we", "us") is a video discovery and aggregation service. The Site displays adult video content that is licensed from, hosted by, and streamed directly from third-party content partners ("Content Partners"). We do not produce, film, upload, host, store, or control any video files. Video players on this Site are embedded delivery mechanisms operated by the respective Content Partner.

2. Adults only

This Site contains sexually explicit material intended for adults. You may only access the Site if you are at least 18 years old and have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and if viewing sexually explicit material is legal where you access the Site from. By using the Site you represent and warrant that these conditions are met. If they are not, you must leave immediately.

3. License to use the Site

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Site for personal, non-commercial use. You may not: (a) scrape, harvest, crawl for republication, or bulk-download any content, data, or metadata from the Site; (b) frame, mirror, or embed any part of the Site; (c) circumvent any technical protection, rate limit, or access control; (d) use the Site to build a competing dataset or service; or (e) use automated tools to access the Site other than legitimate search engine and AI-assistant crawlers respecting our robots.txt.

4. Content and intellectual property

All videos remain the property of their respective rights holders and are made available under license from our Content Partners, who warrant to us that they hold all necessary rights and that all performers were at least 18 years of age at the time of production and documented in compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257. Site design, code, text, and compilation are our property.

5. Content removal

If you believe any content on this Site infringes your rights, was published without valid consent, or should otherwise be removed, use our Content Removal page. Because we do not host video files, our role is to (a) promptly remove the embed from our pages and (b) relay your request to the responsible Content Partner. 6. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, accuracy of metadata, or the conduct of Content Partners. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100).

7. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

8. Changes and termination

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the updated version here; continued use constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or block access to the Site at our discretion, including for abuse, scraping, or suspected underage access.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the Site operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that state.
